Excerpt from Of Tunnel Rats and Badgers, Ch. 10
"There's a pressure point on every body deep between the pectoral muscle and rib cage that, when struck correctly, causes excruciating pain and renders the arm useless for about 5 minutes. The position I was in, it was right there in front of me and I couldn't miss, even with my clumsy toddler paws. I dug a claw in, hard, and he lurched to his feet, dropping me to the ground and screeching in agony. "You little FUCKER!" I scrambled to my feet and launched myself at the back of his right knee, putting my full body weight into my shoulder while at the same time cupping his left ankle in my paw and yanking in the opposite direction. Edelman toppled like a felled oak and slammed onto his back with his leg twisted awkwardly underneath his body, knocking the breath out of him with an audible whoosh.
Before he had a chance to recover, I was kneeling on his chest, pummeling him repeatedly with paw and claw. With only one functioning arm and his leg pinned under his body he was nearly defenseless, and I managed to get a grip on his throat, digging my blunt claws into his carotid artery and cutting off the flow of blood to his brain. Most of the staff were stunned by my ferocity, but the Tunnel Rats had seen it before, and watched with silent approval as the light started to flicker in Edelman's eyes. All except Wey. He was shrieking with laughter and gurgling "Goggy go BOOM!" over and over.
I stared into Edelman's eyes through a red haze, relishing the fear in them as he felt himself slipping away in my grasp. He struggled feebly as I growled softly through bared fangs. "Oh, you've earned this, boyo, yes you have you pathetic fuck. You've had this coming to ye for years, haven't ye. You know you deserve this..."
"BROCK!!!" Emelia's voice cut through the red haze...."
If you really want to know what's going on here, I would suggest reading the story. :P Preferably from the beginning! XD
I honestly don't think any other artist could have done justice to this incredibly complex and dark scene, so kudos to Razzle for doing a FANTASTIC job on this!
