This is Quinn, a new friend of Hydra's.

Some notable things about him is his piercings. He has two sets of studs: one on his ear and one just below his mouth. He also has tattoos laid out on his body.

Quinn is able to control how much fire he releases. Though, he's still learning how to do that. The beanie he wears is fire resistant, providing for some convenience.
