Desolate Empty Spaces

Driving back from Hardknott Pass (No sniggering in the back) We turned off following the sat nav back to the cottage and ended up driving through one of the best roads we had come across which we'll be revisiting to get more photography done.
I can't get over how empty and alone the landscape is, but its perfect to just sit and look and think and relax

Nice. It can be quite relaxing to spend some hours not seeing any people.

Agreed 100% there because although most people are nice, there are some complete <Insert generic insult here> that can wind me up and get me all Grrr! So it was nice to sit at the top of the hill (Panting admittedly from walking up the hill) to just take in the view and think about stuff and things
