Personality: Jamie has a complex personality depending how she is towards the person. People would see Jamie as a cold-hearted hyena who doesn't like company and can be aggressive, however deep inside she can be protective and nice towards others even sticking up for them, sometimes even sacrificing herself, for example when her friend Avril was in trouble by a gang, Jamie pushed Avril away for safety and tried to sort them out, even though the gang had pistols. Jamie can be very self-conscious especially due to being a hyena (certain reason) yet she tries to brush that feeling away and be proud of her species, even if it is embarrassing however she would get peeved or embarrassed whenever someone mentions it. Jamie can be stubborn and sometimes she tends to act before she thinks, which can lead her getting into trouble or hurting others, or even hurting herself which can make her feel very guilty, regretting her mistakes and actions. She can be sarcastic, especially when she's angry or there is a tense situation which makes her think negative. Jamie can override her promises at times, for example when her friend was planning on going into a fight and told Jamie not to intervene (even if it leads the friend to death), Jamie decided to go save her, knowing how lethal it would be. A part of her can be gentle, usually letting things slide from time to time and can at times being agreeable. Sometimes she tends to self-inflict herself and get negative thoughts however her friends try make her stop that habit and to try make her think more positive.

Likes: Playing the guitar and drums (she personally enjoys playing the electric and acoustic the most), listening to music, singing, video games, sketching, her mate, friends, baseball and basketball (yet doesn't always play those sports), occasionally pranks, people who don't judge her especially her species and people who live their own life and not copy others

Dislikes: People making fun of her, the colour pink, girly clothing (she'd probably wear a red or black dress for Saunders though but nothing showy), most of her family members especially her oldest brother Rick, people talking about her Grandfather (he was like a father figure before he died), gangs and bullies who make fun or harm her friends

Extras:

- Jamie is a smoker but doesn't always smoke, only when she is feeling very stressed or a possible offer.

- She has the tendency to swear a lot, especially when angered. If she acts all sarcastic or peeved then chances are she'll be "flipping the bird" at you with a little sarcastic smile.

- Her prized possessions are her necklace and Swiss army knife, especially her necklace as it used to belong to her Grandfather. Her Swiss army knife used to belong to him too as he used it whenever Jamie went camping with him as a kid. The half moon necklace represented her Grandfather's interest for astronomy - a study of stars, galaxies, planets, moons, asteroids, comets and nebulae.

- According to her family, Jamie was an "accidental child", meaning it wasn't a planned pregnancy. Her mother was going to ask for an abortion but changed her mind afterwards. Whenever people mention this to Jamie, her reply would be along the lines of "Mom just didn't know how to shut her f*cking legs at the time".

- Jamie's parents are divorced so Jamie has never seen her father since she was 8 years old. They parted after a domestic violence incident plus Jamie's father accidentally scratched Jamie out of anger which led Jamie in shock.

- Jamie got homeschooled after she attacked a bully when she was 13 years old. This led the bully to hospital to get stitched and Jamie got kicked out, especially since it was a close death. Later on, Jamie got beaten up and tied to a lamp post for a few hours while wearing a dog muzzle. That was the day Jamie turned from a shy hyena cub to how she is now - the kind of person who sticks up for herself and others.

Behind the Character (this is a new thing I'm doing for some refs now x3 You don't have to read this section)

Date of Creation: Jamie was created on the 30th April 2013, I decided to make "30th April" her birthday like what I do with my other characters - making their creation date their birthday.

Inspiration: There was a handful of inspirations but strangely Leo from Tekken was an inspiration even though she is nothing like Jamie xD In the fandom, people wondered about Leo's gender whether she was male or female but later on was announced Leo was female. I guess I wanted a character who could look male or female and spotted hyenas are a good role for that I think. Personality and lifestyle was based on my best friends who had family problems plus one of them started to smoke because of it, she even got kicked out of the house. One of my best friends has two sides to her so she can be easily angered and b*tchy (she admits herself) but at the same time she can be nice and protective. Around early-mid 2014 when I was looking into TWDG, Molly and Jane made me think of my character Jamie so they gave me very little inspiration for her. Jamie sometimes wears a brown leather jacket which I got inspired by a Google image...but I realized it looked a lot like Jane's jacket |'D

Appearance + Name: As said in the inspirations, I picked a spotted hyena for that "role" at the time plus I started to love hyenas at the time. Originally, I was planning that Jamie would either have blonde hair or red hair but I decided to go for red since I thought it would look better, plus I thought a messy-spiky hairstyle would suit her. The reddish-brown fur was to match with her hair colour, I wanted it to be like a basic hyena but at the same time add a little twist to it, so I made her have darker parts at the neck and chest/belly plus her special three dot markings which is her family trait plus her red striped markings. Her human form, I pictured her to have freckles which I don't know why but maybe because she was a spotted hyena so I made it spots related. I named her Jamie as it was a unisex name but I also thought the name suited her, she was originally going to be called Riley but I changed my mind...I later on gave my other character that name which suited him better.
