At the same time, the male in question was busy trying to unwind his own way at the end of the day. In the middle of stripping down to something more comfortable, he paused right as he finished unbuckling the pants he wears when he ISN'T in his..."Uniform", his eyes falling upon that same deck of cards he used for his own brand of "fortune-telling". To be honest, the male didn't realize, the moment he had gazed upon his cards, that a small, soft smile was starting to inch its way onto his features as he walked over to pick them up. "...Hmm..." As he looked at the cards in his hands, he couldn't help but think back to a certain female hedgehog he had came across earlier in the day along with the fortune he had given her....To be honest, the male couldn't stop pondering about her ever since their last meeting, wondering how she felt about that kind of fortune. "...Heh.." the male chuckled slightly after a long moment of contemplative silence. "....I wonder...What my own fortune is..." To be honest, the male has done his own fortune before, never having anything but average luck as each time was always the same: Long life, unknown...Valkeo didn't expect anything different this time as he went through the usual process he has probably practiced about a thousand times at this point...However, one's fortune can always change...And this time....

"....Huh? Thats new.." Valkeo spoke, taking the time to realize what he was looking at. What had surprised the male was his own change in luck as, in his hands at the very top of the deck, the male had flipped over the King of Hearts. "...I will have a lover for which I can trust my own heart to...." he muttered. To be honest, if it was JUST that card that is already surprising. However, the moment he picked the card, it revealed the one underneath, one that made the male even more surprised: The Queen of Hearts.. "...And she will entrust me with that heart as well....?" this flared up his personality, his eye starting to give a slight purple glow as he started to pick up that card, revealing the next: The ace of diamonds. "And...the relationship will be strong throughout many years..?...I never had a fortune like this before...What makes today so different..?....But...who would this person be..?"

The male pondered this for a hot, silent minute, the dim glow of the lamp being the only light source apart from his eyes. However, eventually his gaze fell upon the cards again. "...Should I..?" Slowly, he reached over, peeling that ace of diamonds away to reveal what was underneath. ".....Heh...Hahaha." the male didn't realize he was laughing at what was on the bottom, and also didn't realize the bigger smile on his face as he spoke. "I can't believe it...What a strange deck of cards, haha..." Even though he was surprised to the point of laughter, Valkeo actually felt happy seeing what was underneath, even if it, normally, meant something else completely different: The 1 of Spades.. The male wondered..what tomorrow would bring with this revelation.

"Even the cards have her in mine...Question is...Will I...get to see the one who has such a hold on my mind again...Or is this outcome just the reaction of the body..?...Guess...I'll see when the time comes...haha...
