Nice pic of Topaz! Folkore says cats are able to see ghosts with their kind of eyes. When they mean ghosts, they are talking about beings from in-between spiritual dimensions or in the dimension higher than us. Higher/lower dimensions and in-between dimensions are not the same thing as alternate universes. Alternate universes exist outside of our universe. Spiritual dimensions exist within the same universe, and they are layers of existence that all exist in the same place. Ghosts and interdimensional beings exist at different frequencies, and we can only see them if our third eyes (crown chakra, pineal gland) are open. Cats seem to have the ability to see them with ease. Goodness knows what Topaz might be able to see what others might not! lol!

I know I'm considering giving her some unique talents in the reboot of Lauren's story, though it will probably be of a slightly different nature, once I get the story nailed down.
