Before starting a new day, Darius would get up early, just as the sun is rising, and go for a morning run on the beach while the beach is clear of visitors. He'll do simple jogs or fast sprints. This help get his body get warmed up and his blood flowing for the day.
He'll also at times have some spectators admiring him on the beach.
