I too saw that 4 in the picture when I observed it but I'm on the fence about it being an actual 4 or just a coincidence, but at the end of the game with the newspaper clipping you can see SpringTrap behind the Freddy toy if you mess with the lighting of the picture so maybe that's a hint or one final easter egg Scott wanted to give us
