A pic I made to go along with rps and other things i have been doing.
Oliver had been forced to evolve because of his mistake of losing his everstone and getting into a battle with another pokemon. Winning the battle he evolved.
This upset Oliver and of course in the picture you can see him crying as a dewott.
Now the reason I also drew the oshawott version as well is to show how he would always get upset because his friends and family were always trying to get him to evolve when he did not want to.
