I can't get how people mill money off of someone else's lineart template. I get that, yeah, someone else colored it, but... Something doesn't sit well with me by turning it into an auction, it just seems like a very lazy way to mill money out of people.

well, do you know how much money it costs to actually get the base? im allowed to sell the things i make since i paid the money to be able to do so, and im not the only one, people will make adopts and make them auctions, its an easier way to be able try and make money, which art being my only job, ill do anyting that can help, and not just coloring goes in, there isnt always an option for every little thing so somethings have to be drawn or customized, its not just slapping colors on line art theres actually quite a bit of effort that goes into it. and if you dont like it, there is no reason for you to leave a hateful comment, just keep scrolling nd dont worry about what others are doing if its not harming you or others or scamming people

My comment was hardly hateful, just critical, even if a bit blunt. Critique never hurt anyone. I am aware of the costs of the base. I can agree with modification to an extent too, that would fall into original content and that's respectable. Personally speaking, it seems kind of bad taste to profit off of unoriginal content. It's not that much better than tracing really -- even if you bought the template. While Waitress did release it for sale and open uses, it simply doesn't seem tasteful to do so and profit off of her work. That's all really, no ill will meant by my comment.

its literally up for sale to make money from, you have no right to comment the way you did or are commenting, it looks the way it does now, so its not set, its a blank thing, it will be added to ad customized, if all your going to do is be rude you can happily see your way off of my page. you do not need to be rude or criticize something that has nothing to do with you.....

again, read the previous comments, two http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6490404/ since i use the base so regularly i mad a mega credit to any and all bases ive used,. three if your going to be rude you can move right along and see your way off my page,

and if you really had an issue with an auction from the base, youd go to everyone whose done it and leave rude comments on their pages as well, as ive stated in the previous comments dealing with someone just as rude as you the base was made to make profit from, you can get the link from the above comments, two art is my only income right now, so anything i can do to help make money i will, this was a simple fun, and quick way to do this, its not lazy in the slightest, the character will be customized and made into something that will have alot of effort put into it. it looks the way it does at the moment so i could have a plain generic look so it wasnt geared towards one thing or the other. So again, before you open your ignorant mouth to leave rude comments, stop and think, and if you need to actually check out my page, i do alot of my own art, and im open for commissions, and am more than capable to draw my own things, i use the base as a quick helpful way to get art done faster, if people were against it this would have gotten no bids, and no views or favorites, so please keep your comments off my page.

i do draw my own pictures, i only use the waitress base for adopts and ref sheets and half the time im drawing my own parts on the base.
