They are protective of their brethren and sisters and will fight wholeheartedly to defend territory, personal possessions and to protect family and friends. They often fill the gaps as security and combatants to fend off predators and raiders from other Gemlin clans. Though difficult to befriend, they are known to take on underlings to teach them their skills and the roles younger generations will fill. "
