And here's the final design. Might be needing a few additions to the back, but this is the general idea.
I cannot praise Footpaws enough for what he's managed to do. It's taken a while, but he managed to take all my ideas, even the contradictory ones, and consolidated them into this amazing design.
And he's absolutely beautiful.
That fox is one excellent character designer.

Hmm, like the rumour that if you trap one of their ankles, or their arms above their head, they'll become completely helpless. Some even go so far as to say you can get them to submit within mere seconds!
We do have cute feet! But, have you ever seen anything golden get given away? Such things are usually out of most people's reach. ; )

See what I say? Yotie hasn't even gotten the paws yet and he's already planning his betrayal.
This will just not do. Yotie needs to spend a few weeks with his limbs stretched into each cardinal direction, getting worked over by the dragon until no more traitorous thoughts cross his mind. Every time one does, his soles get a few scrapes and his armpits a few pokes. Good, obedient behavior will be rewarded with comforting paw licks.
Such treatment will take a long, long time. But the coyote will agree it was worth it in the end.
