Sorry, for a pretty long hiatus was busy, busy, busy! Along side with that I draw a little strip. This week I've taken part in a conversation about social norms and the "right\proper" behavior for men and women. And not saying that I was happy about it.

Stereotypes are strong among our societies. For instance, many many men think of girls doing something like that like all the time! And the most funny (tragic, actually) part, that this thinking is so strong that some of the girls start to behave like that to meet the expectations. Not saying that this is bad\evil, but c'mon, isn't it a much better to stick with your own agenda? It looks more attractive.

I used only "villainesses" (well, mostly :D) in this strip for two reasons. The first, I want to make them look from a different perspective (well, I stick with Chrysalis, so it's my only way :D). The second, this four are my favorite cartoon villainesses. You do see the pattern here, right? :D

Maleficent - always like her, plus her color palette mostly green and black (my favorite combination) and was happy when they did the upside-down movie :)
Ursula - where did I see all this prince wedding-shapeshifting-mirror singing stuff? Oh, right, MLP Season 2
Finale :D Actually, her story is the prototype (not Alex Mercer) for one of the best episodes of MLP!
Mirage - well, you know, black and green, claws and teeth, etc (told you I'm a way too off from a normal guys :D). Man, she looks cute even in my lame drawings! So, I just can't go by.

P.S. Chrysalis's anatomy here is a pure magic. I know. But I still searching for different styles :D
