Exquisite work. Very inventive and your characters are as nicely realized as always they are.
I especially like Flimsy's smile and teeth within his beak. If I had heard someone verbally described such a thing: a gull with teeth, I should have rejected it as obscene and beyond the bounds of decency, but actually seeing him there with teeth in his beak looks very pleasant and nice.
