FC '15 #37: Aquarius-Crystalwave, scout fox
Evidenced by the light green marking on the muzzle, there is no doubt that this is a fox, and I was right.
For this one, I have seen that he looks like a Cub Scout, but it would fit well if it were a PUP scout if there is such thing as one! Do look out for him, whether or not he is partial or fullsuit, he does like to dance in suit. When I saw him in the parade, he did have his own Bose travel speaker when he marches and he has been dancing. No doubt that he is a dancer.
