No, do not consider them looking like nads, they are rave lights in his hand. Here he is about to have a jolly time with them after taking a pic of him. He looks very cool and friendly. In the times I have been with him, he has that way of giving everyone a good time. In one instance, I had been handed a glowstick with a hilt so it can be used as a sword, and he has been using other raving material in the overnight dances.
Do look out for him at cons and furmeets with overnight dances!
