So this year's theme at Furnal Equinox is Furry Arcade and my mate 
BuzzyBeak happens to be a HUGE Castlevania (NES) fan, so when I offered to make him a new themed badge to wear to FE of course he wanted to be Simon Belmont! So here he is, folks: Buzzy Belmont in all his glory! :D I'm really happy with how this one came out! Buzzy looks so bad-ass as he prepares to take on Dracula and his evil hoard! :D Now for any Castlevania fans out there that may see this I should note that I myself am actually not familiar at all with the Castlevania games and had to draw this based off various images I found online, none of which really seemed to be a good reference for the original/classic NES Simon Belmont, so it is very possible (and probable) that details may be off or wrong, but he's close enough and that's good enough for me and my mate. :P Hope you guys like it!

And yes, it certainly was hard to find references, LOL! XP I think I ended up looking at everything from action figures to cartridge covers to what I'm almost certain must have have been some reeeeally professional looking fan art but might have been official for all I know and doing my best to figure it out from there. Probably not perfect, but still really cool and I like how it came out! I'm glad you do too!
