Just a little poem, helps me feel something. Hope it's alright I guess.

Patience
By Reza
I sit on this lonley stone,
As the pouring rain begins to drone.
And there I'll sit for years and years,
Until my final day nears.
Till that day I wait for light,
To use and banish all this fright.
I cry in quiet mourn,
Late into this gloomy morn.
My thoughts of you,
My mind is lost of any view.
For you a century I would wait,
For you this burden holds no weight.
There in peices my heart does lie,
As my gaze stays unbroken at the sky.
An endless gray and dull,
And in my sadness it shall cull.
On weightless wings I wish to soar,
To fly off to a distant shore.
Oh days long past and thoughts forgot,
Why is it I wait though I should not?
Stones have crumbled into dust,
And precious metals began to rust.
Is it faith or hope or even love,
Or is it simlpy to wait for the calls of the mourning doves?
