Frankie recently joins the ranks of the furry army, in an attempt to promote equality against human superiority in his homeland. As he walks through the base, he meets a senior officer, Jim (For some reason, they pose with one another in this scene). Frankie strives to be like Jim someday, agile, strong, and with loads of confirmed kills from secret missions! But can he, a chubby, hotdog-addicted mutt ever compare to the astounding bull?
