Here we see that some Servants are used as bodyguards, although some can be a little overprotective of their Sovereigns willing to wave a sword in your face first rather than ask questions. Especially when Sovereigns refuse to use a leash. It's rather dangerous in the underworld but some just love their Sovereigns and would do anything to protect them.
