Felt a little low since coming back home to a sick cat and a few wilty plants last night, so I started painting some cute birds to get my mind off things. I just want to paint birds all the time, they're so fragile and free (and also adorable)!

You know, I could totally see "Chickadee" being the logo for a cute, little, modern coffee shop. :) I can see it having pale timber floors, white paint on plaster on one wall and bare red bricks on the other and a few tasteful bird and tree related decorations around the place. :)
