I got this neat Scooby-Doo collectible in last week, but with my busy schedule I haven't had the time to show it off like this until today. It's a read-along comic book and LP record of two new Scooby-Doo mysteries by Peter Pan Records from 1978. It's fun to listen to, but doesn't have the Hanna-Barbera feel as the actual show at the time did. It doesn't have any of the familiar music or sound effects (but we do get a groovy theme tune for the Scooby gang anyways!), and Shaggy was voiced by Duncan Robertson, and I can tell you he is NO Casey Kasem! Everyone else has their actual voices at the time (including Don Messick as Scooby-Doo!)
..Oh yeah, and I really need to get a new Scooby-Doo costume while I'm at it.

I have the non comic book Lp of this. There is another Lp made in 1978 that has Casey Kasem on it. And yeah the music and sound effects are interesting on this Lp. I also have the 45 and book of Scooby and the sticky money which is on my Lp, and should be on your Lp?
