I say that's a really good first attempt :D you definitely have the right idea, having so much going on... I was thinking that the face of the character could be a tiny bit simpler and be able to see the face instead of the gas mask.... idk, personal preference. anyways, I really like the part on the wings with the teeth and then the breathing fire-ish part... also the edge of the wing to the left of the skull... yea :D keep it up!
