One of the earliest online sites for naughty fan art and fanfics, the initials TTBS stood for
Tiny Toons Bar Soap and came about for a product released when TinyToon Adventures was on the air.
A glycerin based soap which made the bar clear and inside you could see a plastic figure of one of the Tiny Toons characters.
But you had to use up the soap to get to the character which led to some shower related jokes among the furry fans.
Add to this the fact that the soap was one of the very few Fifi toys released and you can see how it became the symbol for naughty fan images & stories.
I think it still exists but I'm not sure its still active.

well, I know that people thought it was erotic to rub them on their body in the bath. Warped? maybe. pernicious and malignant? not usually, I don't think, no!
Is the fifi thing, specifically, a specific person's fantasy or something? cuz I think they came in Buster and Babs at least, too. prolly Plucky as well (mmmmm, Plucky)
I've never been a HUGE Tiny Toons fan, but it was a competent show with some good character design IMO
Also, the show introduced MANY people to They Might Be Giants. soo. big win
