If you can't kill your own dinner you shouldn't criticize those that can.

Where is he criticizing? Silver's not a vegetarian. It's the graphic talk about how it's being prepared and the handling of bile and fecal matter that's squicking him out. No-where has he said anything to them that is critical.

I guess he's about as thrown as me that a person with medical training would have issues with bodily fluids of any sort X3 most people I know who've had any sort of medical training have pretty solid stomachs from harsh experience and exposure

I work in microbiology and have no issue with bodily fluids in a medical manner but the thought of butchering a kill (other than a fish) turns my stomach. There is something entirely different about medical vs cuisine .

essentially this, you're not going to put what you tend to find in your patient, in your mouth.

Having actually done this with Chickens once ( once ) I can sympathize.
