Nothing's more Christmassy than a little robin redbreast!
Scooter clambered up onto the sofa, clutching a little toy robin in his paw. "Robin can fly!" he cheered, preparing to let it go. Then he paused for thought. "Um, don't wanna break it. I think this is the kind of robin that just sits on the shelf..."
"What a good little skunkbunny!" praised Zena. "Let's sit Robin on the mantelpiece, so he can watch you all having fun!"
Happy Christmas, Scooter! You've been a great friend all these years, you have an adorable character and I love playing with you! You're the bestest playmate a clever squirrel could ask for!

Ooh! Another hybrid! I know Yosh is super happy to be playing with a Skunk-Bunny.
"You're all fun, too?" asked Yosh with a wide smile. He then hugged Scooter very tight. "Yay!"
I love the story aspect for Scooter. Very imaginable for how he'd want the robin to be a part of the tree but not let it get hurt. Zena is so thoughtful in how she helps make sure the Robin gets a nice perch. It's wonderful having a friend watching you have good times.
<LoL!> I hope Yosh is smart enough to keep his "Snow" away from the fireplace. Sometimes he can just get too excited and forget about things like that.
(As a kid I was playing with a couch cushion and got a little too close to the wood burner. Part of the couch cushion caught fire but my folks managed to put it out before it got out of control. We kept that couch and the cushion for a number of years after and I always remembered the day I scorched it when I found the frayed part) :)
