Christmas isn't complete without cake!
"Look look, bedtime snack!" Bob giggled, toddling into the room with a big slice of Christmas cake in his paw.
"Ooooh!" the other cubs chorused.
"Wait, wait!" Zed called. "That's for tomorrow!"
"Why'd you cut a slice today?" Bob asked, curious.
"Um, well, it looked so tempting..." the grown-up squirrel admitted. "Okay, a little piece of cake for everyone tonight!"
Happy Christmas, Bob! I can't believe I haven't put you in an advent calendar before, you've been around ever since I first popped up, and I do love your super-extra-adorable artwork! You're such a friendly and cuddly kitten!

This reminds me of when I had a chocolate craving and ate my son's two Tootsie Pops. He came home and quickly knew they were gone. To this he said, "You owe me two Tootsie Pops, dad!"
We couldn't find Tootsie Pops but I did buy him some rock candy Jolly Ranchers. We're good now. :)
