This is the fifth drawing of my series.
He is not Anubis. He is in fact based off of the aquatic plant, “anubias” which got the name from Anubis. I just decided to make an actual half-jackal/half-man character to portray this thought. The background that looks like dark matter is also a very abstract rendition of the anubias plant’s leaves because of the curly and heart shapes.
