I wish this virus could exist. After 4-6 weeks after my initial infection (or age regression, whatever!), I'll problaby spend my time doing something nerd like play video-games, watch cartoons & movies (mostly form Marvel) and reading comics.

That's an interesting turn on the concept. A bit darker, but all the more intriguing. :U

I've always liked the Regression Virus.. (SARS, Sudden Acute Regression Syndrome) as a facilitator of de-aging.

In that, most people who have an interest in regression have a fetish for humiliation and being subject to demeaning actions. The virus used as a mechanism makes the subject a victim of circumstance, without pinning the blame on a specific person for why the subject has been deaged, so in that context the "embarrassment" fetish is not inflicted, so much as circumstantial. That is, not being treated like an infant because someone is forcing it upon you, but rather because the situation demands it..

Anyway. In contrast, most regression fantasies could be viewed from the outside as being abuse or assault fantasies.. Similar to punishment fantasy or masochism fantasy.

Granted as a fan of the genre I tend to read on one way or another, but it's just something I've noticed...

........By the way. Sorry for blithering on about psychological minutia... I'm trying to distract my self from how sick I am at the moment x.x...Given the choice, I would rather have that *points up*.. (Unexplained hypothermia, and "dehydration", along with nose running..probably from the hypothermia...yaaay for me x.x. I should be at work x.x.) Anyway, so yeah, sorry for carrying on..

That's pretty fair description, a virus, or magical location and such is a way to make it "being vs environment" as opposed to "being vs being"! I find that being directly mean to someone isn't nearly as fun as joining in and being the support to help them through the crazy situation so some third part helps a bunch. Hope ya feel better!

Obviously not her plan but for that initial period before the mental effects they would clearly understand having each other in the situation and I'd like to imagine that stays with them. It would have to be so much better to have someone with you during the ordeal, especially in a case where the effects are devastating, but not deadly. Well, assuming the spread doesn't make everyone a helpless infant, then dehydration/exposure would make it relatively quick. On a vague tangent this reminds me of Fire-Us a youth fiction series I really enjoyed about an engineered virus that killed off people above puberty and follows a group of children in survival and hunting down, the President, to help. Realistic, probably not that much, but age based structure and lots of concern for food and help, as well as needing mommy figures and such I see a lot of those implications tying in with this idea. End of blathering ~

I would love to see more of this. It seems an incredible idea. A regressive virus that is contagious yet contained.

It is certainly a darker take, though I still like it, also I can't help but find you cute without your hairfur, I've mused with having that done after extreme regression myself. Course there are plenty of furs without they're hairfur. Man... Even bald looks better on furries xp
