Finally finished this, after god knows how long. There's a few things I don't like, but overall I think it came out pretty well.

Bio:
Nil stands guard over "Ascension", believed to contain the remains and energy of the giants that shaped the world and from which all life is derived. Not much is known about him, other than his name and blindness, leading to much speculation about his background. A common belief is that Nil died several hundred years ago, but his dedication to protecting such holy ground and at the cost of his sight, he was granted godhood before returning to continue being the protector of Ascension, preventing would-be intruders from achieving godlike powers themselves. This belief is only fueled by his apparent lack of basic needs, such as food, and that he has never been bested in battle, despite his handicap.
