He found me!
I saw him going across a field in an industrial area meowing and followed him trying to catch him for a couple of hours.
I incorporated the help of my daughter, who coaxed him to a can of tuna.
The vet said he had a bad wound on his forehead but it will heal, he was very dehydrated and starving and weighed 1.5 pounds, but good otherwards.
That was the 7th and he still eats like there is no tomorrow.
He is very adventurous and loves us immensely.

aww poor thing. its possible he may of been born from a stray and got lost too if it wasnt a person that did that to him. i dont get why anyone would do that to their animal or do anything intentionaly harmful when theres so many better ways to go about getting rid of a animal you cant care for like finding a new home yourself for them or giving them to a rescue.
Oh my gosh that broke me. I would have been devastated if he didn't make it. Maybe he was finally asking for help and you just so happened to be there. :) I'm wondering how he got stranded at an industrial park... anyways I'm soooo happy you saved him. I see many saving dogs more than kitties on my side. ; ;
He called out to me for help and I heard him. He was meant for us. Someone must have just dropped him off. The people working in that area said they had seen another one too but we couldn't find it anywhere. I couldn't believe the other people working there wern't concerned at all. Good thing he called out to me - and very loudly. Reggie is doing really well - growing a lot, still eating a lot, getting along with the other cats, and still very adorable. In about a month he will have to be fixed. The way he looks into our eyes just makes our hearts melt.
