Just as with the last image I uploaded of a custom pacifier, I had already made a diaper model long ago, so it didn't take as long this time around because I tweaked them.
I should have made this hollow. I didn't because I was told it's better not to, but that's because the diaper was originally made for Second Life.
Here, where it's just a rendered image, it should have been hollow. I may go back and change that.
I also should have added some shading between the ridges.
