Bit late with this but whatever I put work into it I’ll post it.
Meera has a very outdated perspective of what halloween costumes are supposed to be. Her second choice was a witch, big hat, nose, cape and everything. Her tail would be her broom.
Saeko’s dreamed of the day that she’d have friends that she could dress up whether they wanted her to or not. Finding Tink was a dream come true, since she could show off the multitude of outfits/characters she had accumulated but didn’t have the figure for.
Saeko herself is very particular about the characters she dresses up as. She finds herself revolving between Haku [spirited away], Mu-Shu [mulan], and Shenron [dbz]. She never stopped to question why and nobody has the heart to tell her.
