I actually did meet her creator. Not only that I also had her on our panel at BronyCon 2014. Her name is Meredith and she is part of an extraordinary team of animators known as Silly Filly Studios.
If they ever post the panels from BronyCon 2014 you'll see me, my son,
daigonite, our friend lovingly known as Pastor Hooves, and Meredith all speak on the topic of individuals with special needs and how the show, especially Snowdrop, have helped those in need of hope where they may have otherwise found none.

Well the problem won't be solved until the panel finally gets posted for view. I need feedback to see if it is worth all the time and effort to make such an event happen again. Coordinating such an event isn't easy while getting the right people to make it happen is even harder.
