I've been trying to draw more often, even if it's little stuff like this…
Been wanting to draw some of my older characters and bring them back around. This is Judeca, he is a Black Mamba snake. I've always been fascinated with Black Mambas, they're my favorite snake. Judeca lives up to the reputation these snakes have, and is ornery and quick to anger.
Judeca is a close friend of Shadow, Neema, Eva and Lekura. Judeca and Shadow are almost inseparable and have lived together for most of their lives. In a totally platonic way, as Shadow's a raging lesbian. Judeca has pretty much lost his mind from all the drugs he's done. He's always aloof and busy being a space cadet. Unlike some of my other characters Judeca hasn't become numb to drugs, he's still the same psychotic person, finding new ways to mix new things to reach new limits.
He's a dick and loves sex. Male, female, trans, whatever he doesn't care he just likes to fuck. Drugs and sex are his life. But unlike Dimitri, Judeca has a soul. He has a kind heart underneath those layers of insanity drugs have driven his mind to.
And he does live up to the black mamba species. He has killed before and will, at times, go hunting in the woods for prey. Or if you happen to cross him… well.. you might be his next meal. After all, his venom is one of the most powerful in the world.
YAY SNAKES I LOVE SNAKES ….and APC which I ripped off for his first AND last name.
I hope he really looks like a snake ; ;

Jolyn holy fucking tit fuck WOW!!!! This looks absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!!! ;____; I can't even I am blown away by this, as you say, "little" thing. I cannot believe the level of realism and anatomical correctness you achieved with this piece. The library is impeccable!! I can tell you really studied a black mamba's head shape and it has really paid off!! His head and face shape are perfect. The colors are amazing, as always, of course. And this character for serious I have loved since you first showed him to me!! I love that you have characters of all different sorts of species. It's not edgy to anthropomorphize a snake, but somehow you've done it, and done it beautifully!! I hope you're proud of this because I am proud of you!! I can tell you really have tried to loosen up and are just doodling and having fun with art again. And it's true that your best work often comes out when you're not try so hard to make something perfect and putting a ton of pressure on yourself! nwn You are doing excellent work, Jolyn. Please keep it up!! I absolutely adore seeing new art from you because you so desperately need a healthy outlet!! These headshots and busts are fantastic!! I want to see more from you no matter how "little" or "stupid" or whatever you think it is because other people don't see it that way. They just want to see you do what you're best at! NNNGH FUCK YES!! Snakes are the best!!! I am so happy you like ahat I've done with him so far, with the upper body and all. Now I just need to draw his lower body. When I made him up back in 2000 I went with the naga like body (before knowing what "naga" was), and I've stuck with it ever since. So he has a curly snake bottom of his body, no legs or anything. This makes him even more deadly because people think they're safe and that he can't move fast… well… WRONG!! *attacks!* And yeah somehow he gets his freak on with this snake body, I don't care to know the details, I'm sure plenty of furries out there could tell me how that works, but guess what? I don't need the details yo!
