Yet another image of one of the pieces for my art class which is a part of the theme I created that relates to original characters based off of flowers. He is based off of a primrose. I just know that when I looked it up, a British prime minister from the 1800s liked this flower which inspired me to create this costume from 1800s outfits. I also looked up rococo chairs because they’re pretty.Too bad it lacks many elements in the background. I’m still not good at them yet. They are my attempts at drawing primroses. He’s sitting in his lonely chair I guess.

Since it is a “primrose” I based him on, I decided to make him look “prim and proper”. I was thinking about giving him a real name with the surname being “Primrose”.

Done in graphite. The picture was taken with my 5.0 megapixel smartphone which is why I had to put a detail image. I find the face to be the most important thing in my drawings so I like to make sure that it’s as clear as possible.
