'Realistic'(in design not style) version of Cresselia, all floofed up too.
Not shown, but designwise for the actual cresselia, the 'white pupil' I believe is just eyeshine. This IS a pokemon that's primarily nocturnal afterall, so it makes sense for their eyes to be particularly reflective.
