You know, I see a LOT of Pokemon anthro fan characters, but they tend to be only a select few pokemon out there used for "anthroizing." So I decided, "what's the most unappealing pokemon to make an anthro?" And in the process, I made one of many villians to go against other pokemon anthros!
Pokemon like Muks and Grimers tend to have it hard at times, being relatively unappealing, and having a natural toxic stench about them, often treated as second-class citizens. Well Mulgar decided he's had enough of that nonsense. Working with the infamous terrorist organization "Team Rocket," and literally fighting "dirty," he's worked up the ranks, making him one of the more infamous individuals. A natural glutton, and eager to take back the respect he was "denied of" he has no problem with robbing and kidnapping to his intent. His maleable form makes him perfect for sneaking into well-fortified places, and his consistency makes for a convenient "trap" to "recruit" future team Rocket members...
