Technically, the Golden Freddy is already the fifth character. Although personally I just see him as a lame recolor and not an actual character on his own. :p
I would actually be very surprised if they didn't do a sequel considering how popular it is... but with indy games, you never know. >_<

yup and ho knows it could be surviving the city next and trying to run away from Freddy and his pals plus you can purchase stuff like a barricades to survive longer if they don't break it down first and the hard part is only three bullets in a shot gun just to push them back a little.
It's based on the new indie survival horror game "Five Nights at Freddy's," which puts you as the night watchman of a pizza place with...very interesting animatronic robots to keep you company.
The eyes-and-teeth bit are sort of an in-joke for the game. (I won't spoil exactly what unless prodded).
