OMG so cute

So cute and so very big, I am curious as to how they managed to inflate it so much and still have it in the pool, is there some Water Pokemon pulling a prank here? *Giggles*

If it is a water pokemon pulling a prank it is the Keldeo itself given it is a water/fighting pokemon. Also its nozzle is still barely visible.

I would have thought it would have been another pokemon that did the filling since as i recall for the movie water shoots out of the base of the hooves but I hadn't seen the movie all the way through and the vale being bearly viable would still lead me to believe something else happened to have Keldeo swell and be stuck in the pool like that. But hey, this is a fantasy world so anything is possible. :)

In either case it is still a very cute picture. :)

I'm no professional, but I think he's just a tad overinflated. Not that there's anything wrong with that. ;3
