Pretty simple, just painted, nothing 'custom sculpt' to it really, other than trimming down the underside of the stone-icons on his neck, not a huge deal.

This is on the 3rd base size (50mm across), and for those interested, fluff-wise it transforms, going from human-sized and shaped, to the 13-15 foot tall were-beast, when it gets angry / ready for battle. ^^
