This is Adrian Nicolas. He is an Elven Mage turned Angelic Guardian.
The scars on his chest were received from a battle with a creature who fancied himself a god. They were killing wounds. Because of the creature's power even the Divines became involved in the battle... Resurrecting Adrian as an angel to help deal the finishing blow on the creature, ending his reign of terror forever.

So I finally finished this piece... It has been sitting for a long while now. Technically I could do a little more shading on the robe but that hair pretty much caused a NFG moment.
