A little bit of arms and legs

The legs are simple to do since the Tibia and patella (bottom section right side) poke out in a noticeable fashion, so once that becomes common then it's simple to draw a leg; but body mass changes thus the view of the tibia becomes gone and only the patella remains to be seen.
