Regarding about being killed in the arena, the only reason why it's bad to die is, aside from getting a bad reputation, the Reviving Chamber is very expensive. The Reviving Chamber is a very powerful device that can bring dead people back to life, but that doesn't mean their services come in cheap. You can be revived anytime you want just as long as your team have enough funds. I know I make it sound like death is nothing, but sometimes if you get overkilled... there's no way... to revive you back.
