Mine was unique too! I could put my feet through the floorboard. XD Yeah, I only paid $100 for mine, but it was so rusty, it was kinda scary to drive. :P
Have you done the xfi modification to it yet? The guys online are braging about getting 60 miles per gallon when they do it to theirs. o.O

Well, that is true. Cars older than 10 may have a pound of rust somewhere. :P
And the last part is a modification you can do to the engine to get better fuel economy. More or less, there was two type of geo metro's in america. The first geo metro was called the geo metro Lsi. This geo metro had a 3 cylinder engine, that was used in all the geo metro's, and other vehichles, such as your suzuki swift.
Then after awhile, the suzuki engineers came up with a new camshaft design that got better gas mileage, but sacrificed horsepower. Because of the lost 12 horsepower, they only offered it with a manual transmissions in fear that the automatic wouldn't be able to handle it without seriouse computer configureing. They called this the Xfi geo metro.
The guys on geometroforum.com have figured out that if you simply change the camshaft from one to the other, you will improve gas mileage. Most of them also use a manual transmission, as the manual transmissions get bet mileage to begin with, but it can also be done succesfully with automatics as well.
Since the geo metro and suzuki swifts use the same engine, I thought you have done it too.
