I decided to make a comic to test out some of mangastudio’s features that I don’t use very often, and get a feel for how much work would be involved in doing a webcomic.
Lessons learned:
-limit the panel number down to 3-4
-no backgrounds, unless they’re important to the scene, you have time, or they’re going to be on a 1-2 panel page
-make up a lot of background filler characters
-perspective sucks
-when your shortest character is 4’7” and other characters go over 6’0” doors and chairs and stuff are going to have wacky proportions
-let alone characters taller than the already gigantic 8-story school
-don’t talk to gregor don’t look at him
