A rather interesting meatloaf from
!
Meatloaf
you'll need
~1 lb Ground beef
~1 lb Italian sausage
~2 eggs
~1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
~Chopped onions (to taste, I usually use about half a cup)
~A preffered seasoning salt (I use Emerils seasoning salt, myself)
~Raspberry Chipotle BBQ sauce
Mix all the ingredients, sans the bbq sauce, together in a large bowl, seasoning it to your taste.
place the meatloaf in a baking dish and glaze the top with the Raspberry chipotle bbq
Cook at 360 Degrees for 1h 5m
Enjoy!! ^^
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
~about 8 to 10 Russet Potates
~large pot
~garlic salt
~butter (to taste)
~Milk (to taste)
Wash and peel the potatoes, then chop them up into small pieces (watch your fingers ^^)
Boil the potatoes till they're soft, drain the water then mash them, adding milk at butter until they reach your desired creamyness
add in the garlic salt and (if you desire) some seasoning salt (again, to taste) and enjoy!!!!
(the gravy was store bought, I didn't have the ingredients to make my own this time around, sorry ^^;;)
ENJOY!!!!
