Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
1lb Ground Sausage
2 8oz cans of Crescent Rolls
10oz can of Diced tomatoes w/ green chili peppers
8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 Eggs
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat at 375 degrees F
2. Brown & drain sausage
3. Line the bottom & sides of 9”x13” baking dish w/ crescent rolls. Cover rolls with sausage, tomatoes, 1cup cheddar, and 1cup mozzarella.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 mins or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. In a large bowl beat eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper together. Pour mixture over crust. Bake for another 7 to 9 mins or until eggs are set.
5. Remove from oven & sprinkle w/ remaining cheese.
