The home of the "Packards" a family which plays a pivotal role in the plot of the movie "The Flim Flam Man" made in Central Kentucky in 1966-67. The house and property have remained relatively unchanged in the decades since the movie was made.
The homes owner (who was a little girl who lived here during filming) said that working around the films crews were a pain in the ass as at the time the property was and still is a working farm.

It's not the best masterpiece to ever come out of the 60's but if you're from the South like I am it's a really entertaining film. We like it here in Kentucky just because they filmed so much stuff on location theres a ton of stuff still around that you can recognize from the period.
It does probably have one of the best destructive car chases ever done outside the Blues Brothers.
