--- Description ---
Regan is a Tigren with pale orange fur and brighter orange mane (hair) with brown stripes and bright blue eyes. Like every Tigren, Regan is open-minded and outgoing, with a lot of positive attitudes towards most he encounters. He is honest and dependable.
Regan wear a blue long-armed shirt with a black armless vest on top, along with baggy pants. He often wears an armguard on his left arm.

--- Background ---
With his mother dying in childbirth and his father losing the will to live after the incident, Regan was left orphan. This accident also made the Tigren society announce the small cub cursed (as it is very rare) and he would not be allowed to live within the Tigren Territory. He was instead taking in by a human outside the Tigren borders, whom owned and worked in an Inn.
Being raised in an Inn, Regan loved to listen to traveler’s stories and eventually decided that he would also traverse the world.
Regan went to a human school, it went well except he quickly outgrew his classmates (as Tigren grow faster than Humans in terms of maturity and size). He was later mandatory enlisted in the Tigren military, but had to resort to a private teacher outside the Tigren borders.

After finishing the military and claiming a small blade as his own weapon, as custom of the Tigren to own a personal weapon of choice after successfully becoming a soldier, Regan set out to travel and see the world.
The young Tigren came across a village under attack during his travel and dashed to help the villagers. The only danger he came across in the flaming inferno that was left of the village was a large figure donning a skull mask and wearing some kind of armor.
Despite Regan’s best efforts, the masked bandit withstood all attacks and eventually overpowered by a seemingly never-ending supply of weaponry that the enemy spawned on command in his hands.
Regan’s death was certain, yet when the blow came something happened in Regan. The world suddenly stood still and taking advantage of this, Regan fled the scene.

Regan unlocked something within himself. An ability to speed himself up to unbelievable limits. It left him exhausted and hurt, but his survived his encounter with figure that would later be known as “Pyro”. Regan made it his goal to defeat this monstrosity of a man and is now travelling the world in search of aid, as he cannot himself defeat it.

--- Weaponry ---
Regan is a Tigren, so he innately got access to retractable claws and can deliver a ferocious bite if necessary. He got high agility.
Regan also own a blade, which turned out to be a rare living weapon that shapes itself after its owner’s actions. As of now, his blade, which has been dubbed “Truth”, looks like a tanto with a retractable blade. A large golden ring is connected to the handle.


Truth’s current abilities are:
Reflect – Truth can completely reflect an attack, sending the attack back towards the opponent with twice the forced used. This force is multiplied until the attacker cannot withstand it.
A Light in the Dark – Truth can be used as a torch. Its blade will shine brightly if Regan want it.
Long arm of Truth – Regan at some time experimented with adding a chain and weight to the ring on Truth’s handle. Regan eventually got proficient at using it, so Truth merged with the chain and made it a part of itself. Truth’s chain is 5 small golden orbs and a larger golden orb as weight. These orbs can separate from each-other, while staying connected by a glowing trail of energy, effectively creating a robe/chain.

--- Ability ---
Regan can speed himself up to a limit where 60 seconds for him is one second for everyone else. This ability is extremely exhausting for Regan and can even kill him if used for longer periods of time. It can be activated in a moment’s notice.

--- Trivia ---
Regan was planned to be an antagonist, but turned into the main protagonist.
Regan was originally wearing heavy armor and using a sickle, which was weird.
The outfit that Regan use has barely been changed during the time of his existence. There has been a few tweaks here and there, but he also use the same overall visual look.
Regan is colorblind and has below average eyesight for a Tigren due to that, this leads to Regan actually having his eyes closed when he doesn’t need to see, like in conversations.
“Regan” is a unisexual name.
In his possession, Regan have a silver pocket watch which he often use to count time spent being speed up.
